Order lists and requests are non-binding

Adding a product to the local order list does not reserve stock, place an accepted order or create a payment obligation. Preparing or sending an email request asks NESFUR to review the selected items and customer details. It is not an on-site checkout or payment.

Commercial details are confirmed first

Price, GST, product availability, shipping cost, delivery area, dispatch timing, returns terms and the final total are not represented as confirmed on this website. They must be confirmed in writing before payment. Do not send payment-card information by email.

Accuracy and suitability

Reasonable care is taken when presenting the catalogue. Product photographs can appear different across screens, and measurements or materials can vary by option. You remain responsible for checking dimensions, installation needs and suitability for the intended space before payment.

Website availability and acceptable use
